Draft policy: No CUSTOS orders can be placed yet. Final return/refund terms must match the selected storefront, payment processor, and POD provider before checkout is activated.

Policy direction for made-to-order POD

  • Because products are made to order, ordinary size exchanges may be limited after production starts.
  • Misprints, damaged items, wrong items, or fulfillment defects should be reviewed through order evidence and provider support.
  • Customer-facing instructions should request order number, photos, packaging photos when relevant, and a concise issue description.
  • Final windows for issue reporting must be locked after provider selection.

Do not publish as final until

  • Provider return/refund rules are confirmed.
  • Payment processor refund flow is tested.
  • Verified support mailbox is working.
  • Sample orders have passed production QA.
